The FBL, as
required by the norm, comprise the "based approach on the processes"
as this methodology allows an easy identification and management of
the opportunities of improvement in the optics of the PDCA(Plan, Do,
Check, Act: "Pianifico-Attuo-Controllo-Agisco per migliorare"), Furthermore, is this kind of approach particularly able to the control and the improvement of its own activities linked (fusion, die casting, completions ) in which the elements in gone out of a process they constitute the elements in entry of the following process. In the planning and in the realization of the SGQ, our organization has kept in mind of the following factors: a) the national and international context, primarily European, in which has chosen to operate context that require an elevated qualitative standard; b) its own necessary of environmental amplification and productive expansion; c) its own objectives of safeguard and increase of the productive potentiality with particular attention also to the environmental context too in which operate the new firm of Vobarno; d) the specific techniques of the products furnished that they require the application of rigorous methods of control; e) the processes of fusion, die casting and completions that must have developed in a security context with elevated standard; It’s Kept in mind that the Norm ISO 9004 furnish orientations for an ampler range of objectives of the System of Management for the Quality (SGQ) in comparison to the ISO 9001, it becomes the reference of the Business Direction for the future developments of the business SGQ. The firm assures however the constant and full respect of the normative inherent its own activity: • Sicurity on work place: Concerning of the fulfillments for the total application as specified in the Legislative Decrees, with particular reference to: • Evaluation of the risks • Level of the sicurity • Formation, information and schooling-training for the security |
