			n order to meet our customer’s requirements and expectations the production processes and the equipments have been optimized to guarantee the maximum flexibility and the timeliness. The impressive variety of die cast products that we realised together with our customers over the years, illustrates our expertise to reliably manufacture even the most challenging parts in die cast technology. Our consolidated experience is your resource to help solve your problem. The constant modernisation and automation of the production equipment, allows to satisfy the ever increasing demands of our customers with a state-of-the-art production process. Manual working cycles have been eliminated completely in both of our facilities, in Lodrino and in Vobarno. All production machines are fully automated, including the de-burring units. With our flexible production process we are able to manufacture raw pieces as well as de-burred, sand-blasted, barrel-finished and fully processed pieces. Thanks to our decades of experience and to the constant business innovation FBL Pressofusioni has gained a significant market share and has proven itself as a reliable supplier to many renown companies like Bosch, BMW, Audi, Valeo, Daimler-Crysler, Koyo, Zf, Fiat-Iveco etc. Die maintenance works or die changes required by the customer are carried out by our specialised service department. The construction of dies takes place in collaboration with a highly qualified, ISO 9001 certified company.
